She is the second person I ever met on AIM. The first being some weird guy, lol. I first started getting into AIM in the summer after high school. Karen is nice and cool. I used to talk to her often, but lately she either isn't on or I'm busy doing other things. I usually have something to work out with someone, and it's never her so I guess I don't talk that much. We are still friends and have nothing against each other. She blocked me once because I was playfully making fun of her last name, not knowing she didn't like it. She told me that she had a lot of people making fun of her last name because it was the first day of school. She is 13. I was sorry, I felt bad. I never wanted to offend her, but she doesn't like guys being sorry. She said she likes her guys "tough". She said that the last guy she broke up with kept apologizing for making her mad and he even cried once. She wants people to get over things quickly. I didn't know about depression then (very sheltered life), and later when I learned about it, I thought that she might have it and asked. She said that her older sister used to have it, and she guesses she does, not exactly knowing what it is. She is still a fun person to cheer up. I think I'll talk to her more now that I think about it. She's cool.
