Today was a mix of good and bad stuff happening. I
went into work and Carly had today off. Tracy wasn't there, Tammy
wasn't in Layaway, Amber wasn't in Stationary, but Josh was there.
At least he went off and did his own stuff most of the time. The
vendor guy came to collect the quarters from the games and candy
vending machines in the front of the store, and to restock them. I
had to watch him because it's policy. He had just filled one of the
crane machines with plush dolls and he told me to even them out
while he did the other one. I discovered a Goku doll! I told him I
would try to get it once we were done and he said I should put it on
top and make it easy for me to get, hehe. Later, I went and got Goku
on the first try. He looks cheesy but it's cool because he's a plush
toy.
I went into the break room and found out they were giving free
"Lord of the Rings" posters in there, and it's the one I would have
gotten if I didn't get the one I have. Now I have both of them!
While I was doing carts I felt really tired, and whenever I would
go back outside my head would hurt a lot, but would stop once I
started pushing carts, then start back up again when I would walk to
find more. I thought a little bit about what happened with Becky.
She told me something that was just a joke, and I told Kelli about
it because I was listing the people who said this certain thing to
me and she was one of them, but I didn't think she was serious at
the time and I told Kelli that. I thought the best thing I could do
was tell Becky what I said. Well, she didn't take it very well, but
I don't blame her, and I thought about it a little while doing carts
which didn't make me happy during those times.
Some time later, I was checking the book section to see if any
"Lord of the Rings" books were there this time, and caught the lady
who stocks them. I asked her about it and she said she just got in a
box of them! I've been checking the book section since I started
working there! They had "The Hobbit" too! I bought "The Hobbit" and
the first 2 books of "The Lord of the Rings" since I already have
the last one.
Tammy came into work and we talked about stuff, not much of
anything, though. We ate dinner with my dad at this park, and that's
about it for my day.
