| I didn't work today, but it's payday, so my dad took
me to get my paycheck, which was more than I thought it would be
since part of that was during my time off for camping. Then we went
to Subway and got sandwiches. I always get a six-inch cold cut trio
with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, and salt and pepper, that's it. I
get various breads. My dad got the same sandwich, but with
everything on it except olives. We went to the mall and I looked at
the J.R.R. Tolkien books aside from the Hobbit and The Lord of the
Rings. Then I went into FYE and looked at the "They Might Be Giants"
CDs since I lost all mine somehow on the way home from visiting
Kelli's house, not to mention the DBZ game :(. Well, I got one with
2 CDs in it with about 36 songs per CD, and it's their first albums
and first songs. I'm going to get them in chronological order. Then
we went to the theaters and saw "Signs" which was really cool, but
not as good as either of us were expecting. There were some funny
parts that were funnier because of the seriousness of the other
parts, like when it's harder to keep from laughing when you're not
supposed to make noise. Anyway, I'm home now, and it's going to be
boring the rest of the day, unless I find something to do or have a
nice conversation with someone. |
