The PlayStation 2 came in the mail today! Right away I
hooked it up and put Dragon Ball Z: Legends in it, and it didn't work.
I tried it several times with no success. Then I looked up on the
internet about the mod chip that is installed in the PS2 I bought
and it said you have to turn it on when the foreign game is in
there, and then hold reset until a blue light comes on. I did that
and the game worked just fine! Yay! I had to go to work, though.
At work, it wasn't as busy as it has been. I felt better, too. It
was raining just as much as ever, though. At lunch I walked around
with Elisabeth while she shopped for things to get her boyfriend,
Clint, for Christmas. There was a lot of, "I'll get him this, and
he's going to like it." Lol. He had asked her for a PS2, but when I
told her they were $200 she said, "No way," and told him she wasn't
getting it. Well, I figured if I could exchange the broken PS2 for a
new one, she would have it to give to him, and she liked that idea a
lot. It turns out Amy got it at Fred Meyer and it's already too late
for their policy for us to return it. I'll have to call Sony and
maybe ship it to them and they either fix it or send us a new one.
The warranty is voided since I broke the seal, so I don't know how
much it will cost. Nate called me "Flame" because of my flaming
shoes.
When I was driving home, it suddenly started pouring like crazy.
It sounded like hail but it was just big rain drops. It started
coming down so hard that it was almost like fog, and the high-beams
just made it worse, so I left the regular headlights on. I couldn't
see anything except the headlights of approaching cars and the
reflective things on the road, which helped me know where the road
was turning. It lasted about a minute and then slowed to a normal
rain. I got home around 12:50 since they let us out late. When I was
still there, Robert said that during the Christmas time they might
make us stay until 1-2 in the morning. Well, bed time. Night y'all.
