Well, actually it didn't, but there was a bunch of
frost on the ground and it looked like snow for a second. I wonder
how cold it will be pushing carts today, and if the asphault will be
slippery. I also have a sore throat from last night, so I guess I'll
wear a jacket outside today.
I had a dream last night, but I don't remember all of it. We
lived in a different place. It was at these apartments in Junction
City, where Tammy from my first job at Arby's lives. Something about
my cat, but I don't remember, I think he was hurt maybe. But anyway,
it was night time and people were crowded around our golden lab,
Momo. She was laying on the sidewalk. She had been attacked and
everyone concluded it was the wolf that had been around or
something. For some reason, Nick's black lab, Gauge, was there too.
He jumped up on me. Then we were in our house (it was our normal house
on the inside) and we had Momo on the floor and the wolf came in,
too. The next thing I knew, everyone was asleep in their beds and
Momo was asleep where she usually sleeps. Everyone went to bed, and
I guess they didn't realize that the wolf came in, too. For some
reason, the wolf wasn't a danger to us, only our pets, but I still
felt uneasy around it. I went into all the rooms in our house trying
to look for it, like to see if it was sleeping in someone's room in
the dark, and I thought it would probably be under a bed. I was
afraid it would jump out at me too, since I couldn't see very well.
Then I woke up.
Lastly, Carly IMed me last night. That was a surprise. She said
she's sorry. At first I thought she was going to say afterwards that
she was sorry, but she can't find my story. Well, it turns out she's
sorry for being so mean to me. She was just mad at the world or
something and was hiding at home after work, and I was just in the
wrong place at the wrong time and she snapped and I was the victim.
I told her it's alright, it's not the first time this has happened,
that I'm just a magnet to that kinda stuff, and not to worry about
it, but if she wants to make it up, I'd gladly forgive her over a
night out at the movies (hehe). So now we have plans to see the
second Harry Potter movie, when we both have the day off, which
won't be this week. Also, she might be selling her 27 or 29 inch TV
to me for $25! She got a new one given to her, and that would be
great because our TV in the den has a green spot on it sometimes,
and anything bright red bleeds into other colors (my sister and I
had fun with magnets in our younger years, hehe). So if that works
out, I'll have my Christmas present for our family. She had to get
to sleep, though, but told me before she left that she missed me
during the time she wasn't talking to me. I hope she doesn't feel
too bad about it. I don't want her just worrying about it and
feeling bad. Yeah, maybe I'm a softy, but oh well.
Man, this song is cool. "As The World Falls Down" by David Bowie.
It's from the movie "Labyrinth".
