Tracy's birthday party 4/26/2003
Wow, this diary's been down for a while now. I hope I can remember the details. I was too lazy to write about it in notepad while I waited. Well let's see... the 26th was Tracy's birthday party. Yesterday, I took the day off so we could go to the coast. It turns out Tracy forgot and was supposed to babysit her niece, so I took a day off for nothing. Well, at least I got more on Final Fantasy VII done (I'm trying to get this 3rd party program to work so it will make the game play certain song files on my computer instead of the ones that came with the game. This way it sounds exactly how it was meant to).

Anyway, I got to her house and only her best friend, Amber, and Amber's boyfriend, were there, aside from Tracy and her mom, who was laying down. After a while, Amber's boyfriend and I got to talking more, mostly about cars, since he obviously liked the subject. By the time everyone got there, it was Tracy, her parents, Sherri (her sister), Matt (Sherri's boyfriend), Sam (Tracy's brother), and Kelly (his wife) with their 2 kids. It was a pretty average party. Matt and Sam played some car racing game on the PS2 the whole time. Soon Amber's dad came and picked her and her boyfriend up because he she was supposed to go shopping with him or something.

During part of the party, Sherri started watching "Beauty and the Beast" with Bryanna (Sam's daughter) in Tracy's room and I came and watched it, too. During part of that, Tracy was sitting next to me on the floor and she reached and grabbed my side to tickle me. I grabbed her hand and she said, "Oh, are you trying to hold my hand?" and playing along, I said, "Yep" and grabbed it with both hands. Sherri said, "Tracy, what's wrong with that? You both like each other, it's obvious." Tracy denied it and said that even if she wasn't engaged she wouldn't go out with me.

That's pretty much the sum of it. She turned 21 and went to the bar so I left since I'm underage (I'm 20, contrary to what my diary says) and couldn't go with her, even to be a designated driver.
