Much work 7/8/2003
Yesterday I asked Nick if the plans to see "Anger Management" when it came to the $1.50 theater was still on, and he said "definitely". But he said that he had plans on Wednesday with Carly to see a movie. I rolled my eyes and he smiled. I told him I figured he had plans with Carly since I heard her ask him what he wanted to do this week and I was going to ask if he had plans with he and when so I would know when he was free. I asked what movie they were seeing and he said, "Pirates of the Caribbean". I was like, "Awwww, I want to see that! I'd ask to come along, but I don't think Carly would like that. She seems to like to do things one-on-one." Of course, I didn't mention that neither of us would want to go with each other. I'm not going to give her something to prove more fault in me with. So anyway, he gave me his number and I'll have to call him.

On a side note, "Misfits" wasn't appealing to me because they sound like a '50s group trying to sound like hard rock. Maybe it's just their first CD that sounds like that. I'm listening to Korn right now, though, which is just awesome. I haven't heard one song of theirs that I don't love listening to.

I've had to do a lot of mowing and weed-eating lately since we're getting our shaggy yard looking as neat as we can for the yard sale we're planning to have. The portion of our yard where we used to have our 1/4-acre garden is now full of very tough and tall weeds. I had to use the rider mower to mow it and the stupid pieces of weeds kept being blown into my face by the wind, not to mention the very bumpy and uneven terrain that almost proved too much for our wimpy mower. So after I got it all done and the blades had stopped from the blackberry vines being wrapped around them, I had to go pick Amy up from work and also get a new belt for the mower. I got Amy and she wanted me to drop her co-worker/friend/crush off at his house, too. It's funny, I used the same formula with hers and his name that I would use with mine and the person I had a crush on to make my passwords. Hers and his turned out to be "Leglz." Amy likes it because it's almost "Legolas." My mom gave me wrong directions to the John Deere place and I had to call her on the cell phone and she called them up and gave me the correct directions. I got the belt and dropped Brent off at work and then took Amy home. Soon afterward, my mom showed me 2 movies "Tarzan" and "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and said she forgot to give them to me. She wanted me to return them. Ugh, no more driving. I saw the latter of the 2 the night before last night. It was good, but reminded me of my usual problems.

After that, we had dinner and my dad wanted me to take the weed-eater and finish what the mower failed to do. I got about 1/3 of the rest done and the nylon cords got pulled out and my dad didn't feel like putting new ones in so I got out of that.

A good thing, though, is that we... got... cable internet today! It's so cool! Everything loads fast! I downloaded 3 AMVs in like 5 minutes! It was crazy. I'm going to have fun with this. The only problem is, people still want to use the computer just as much. I'm in the process of backing up all our stuff that can't be replaced once deleted and will re-partition the hard drive and install Windows XP, which Randy let me borrow. I might even split the primary master into 2 partitions so I can have an OS that is un-corrupted by other users and their limited knowledge who unknowingly install things or change things of which they know not the nature. It will force me to have to reboot to the other partition whenever I get on or off the computer, which will get annoying, but it's worth it. I'll probably even have the family partition have the Windows 98 SE version just so my dad won't make a big deal about using something that is illegal since it's borrowed.

Congrats on getting cable. It's really one of the first smart things I've seen you do. [mini-lyricmaniac]

I've only mowed my lawn once
It was one of those stupid push mowers that don't do crap!
I want to see Pirates of the Carribean!

I use to be his ... [Star Gazer ¤]

Jason, I found Callie! She was underneath the house where the front steps are. I coaxed her out with some cat food and brought her in the house. Besides being a bit dirty, she's fine. Talk about a sigh of relief! Thank you sooo much for being there for me. You always know how to cheer me up. We need to finish our conversation, tho. TTYL, Jay-Jay.
Jamie ¤ (NSI)

Hey Jason I just wanted to tell you that I read your convo with the M-LM chick in her diary, and you were great! Your attitude was so calm and collected... and you didn't give in at all to her attempts to rile you up, calling you slow and all that nonsense. My favorite part was when she said something about how verbal abuse was wrong or something, when she is constantly exercising such abuse...

…at both you and your friend Jamie.

Anyway, I think you were wonderful really, the bit about the 3 requirements was quite funny. Bravo! Can I just sit here and say “bravo” all day? It was so wonderfully entertaining! ~sigh~ I can’t wait to see the next one…

Let me say the obvious. Jason you rule, mini-lyricmaniac, you suck, get a life assclown, blahblahblah. Pester not, lest thee be pestered back. Funny how you leave signed notes, I commend you for that, but that's obviously not one of the very few smart things you've done. Sincerely, Travass The Almighty, Retainer of Excellence and Enemy of Assclowns. P.S. Find me if you can. I hope you do. Mwahaha.

Hey, it's Jamie
I've been meaning to tell you about this diary
It has some of my "off the top of my head" writing
I thought you'd be interested since you're in it and you've shown me your work

you know what Jay? Looking back, I think it might have been a good idea for me to have told Travis you didn't like cussing huh? Oh well...

And IRN, if you don't look forward to it, don't let it happen. Yu have the ability to end it before it begins. I hope that me, you, Travis, & Bum are all online at the same time soon for another big chat, and you're always free to invite others.
