The church yard sale 7/10/2003
Today was the start of our yard sale and I got up late from going to bed late from a particularly enjoyable conversation with Jamie. ;)

Bro. Steve came over and dropped off a trailer-full of stuff for the sale. Bro. Jim and Ashley brought stuff, too. I helped Bro. Steve set up a canopy thing for the person with the money to sit.

I had to go to work, however, something that turned out to be terrible. I got there and the carts were like half-full. I clocked in and started immediately. It was hot and not once was I able to even fill the carts inside once. Once it was time for my lunch, which was pizza (7 slices, wow), the parking lot looked worse. They actually were almost out of carts. I brought them in as fast as I could but couldn't even get more than 2 of the 3 rows full and was constantly filling up the same row. By the time I took my last break, I had come out even, exactly how it looked when I got off lunch 2 hours ago. After my break, however, I could find no significant amount of carts outside except on the garden side of the store, so I took off for there. I hadn't been able to touch the carts over there all day and I made my way from there toward the front, putting carts where they are stored on the garden side before bringing them to the front. As little moving from there all the way to the front I could manage, the better. Once all the spots were full, I started bringing them to the front and found that they were completely empty and Travis on overnight maintanence was pushing some carts inside (he got hired on the same day I did). He came over to me and sounded upset, saying they were paging me repeatedly inside to get carts since they were running out and at first I thought he was upset at me but it turned out he was mad because all they did was page me while I'm "out here working my ass off" (as he said) and no one is coming to help me. He said he took it on himself to come help me since everyone inside was just being stupid (and a lot of other cuss words he described them as). Well, Christina came to help, too. Her brother, Support Manager Chris, called her because he was leaving and said he had said everyone can go. I stayed and finished the carts like I always do. At least I wasn't really tired or irritated. I had the song "Feeling Good" by Muse stuck in my head the whole time.

Actually, even if I was sure someone was "talking about me" to Travis, I still wouldn't use his password for any reasaon other than what he gave it to me for, which was to help him with some html work. I promised him I wouldn't, and I won't. Yes I used your password, yes I read your emails, but I don't recall having ever told you I wouldn't do so. If you don't want me to do it, take me repeated...

...my* repeated advice and change your password. I really don't see why I would need to read anything again though, unless you pick up another friend who likes to make rude references to me in their emails to make themselves look better.

~sigh~ I'm in a bad mood, and your note didn't make me feel any better obviously. I'll probably regret this note later...

Ooh, I like the FF7 stuff you put on there. I read that Sohcaotoa story, it was whimsical and funny, I look forward to reading more. I wish my day was half as constructive as that. I get up, I play PS2 or go on the computer, that's it. Arrgh. Must find job. Later. [Living In Syn]

Trouble in paradise? After having read many of your entries, I've decided that your life consists of work and friends with complexes. Pretty boring stuff. [mini-lyricmaniac]

You have a song waiting for you at my diary. Just go to my entry titled, *** I Surrender.

hey Jaybies, that chat last night was fun, though I was a bit sad when you left so early! lol. I acctually stayed up even longer doing random stuff.

I think you may have lied to me again, but in this case the results are more funny than anything else so I don't care if you did.

Its too bad that you and Travis are never online at the same time, I liked our group chat. You are even more...

...fun than Bum is in the chat. We need to have more sporktastic fun! You have done pretty well every time we've RP'd, maybe next time we can have an actual RP instead of the random rambling we usually do.

BTW, did you mail my pictures back yet? I miss little bro's picture :(

About not telling anyone my diary name. I'f you didn't, that's cool, if you did I don't really mind.

while the convo about my computer problem was dull, the chat in general was fun. I was only joking about being really sad that you left though, don't feel bad, you needed your sleep. I told you to go, remember?

Your character is very good, though I would still like o know the story behind his...

...last name. Did you just type random letters or what?

And you didn't answer about my pictures! If you haven't mailed them back yet, can you add in the picture of me and Joey? My other copy of that picture got messed up. If you still want it, I can make copies and send it back, or you could copy it first, whichever works best.

I think I just missed you online... :(
