Unlike yesterday, I rose from my bed around the
10-of-the-clock mark instead of 1 hour after noon. I'm not nearly as
refreshed.
I didn't do much today, but I need to update more, so that means
you get more to read about my days. I played Xenogears some more and
got my butt kicked by stupid Shakhan more than once. My ideal team consists of Fei, Bart, and
Citan. Fei pilots a blackish-blue gear that really looks like the
robot, Ranger-X, from the Sega Genesis game called that. The gear's
original name is "Weltall", but taking advantage of the renaming
option in this game, I named him "Ranger-X". Bart's gear is red and
looks a lot like Char's mobile suit, Red Comet, from Mobile Suit
Gundam, so I named Bart's gear that. Citan's gear looks and moves
like the MegaZord from the first Power Rangers series, so that's my
name for him. I have decided to name no two gears names from the
same show/game, so following that rule, I've named the other gears
the following after their likenesses: Dorothy (from the anime,
Big-O), Shredder (from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Heavy Arms
(from the anime, Gundam Wing), and one I haven't found a name for.
Anyway, stupid Grahf came, as always, and even though he's a bad guy,
he's like Sephiroth where he's by himself. Unlike Sephiroth,
however, he helps the other people against me just to see how strong
my guy is. Well, Grahf came and gave Shakhan his power and he killed
me like 3 times. I finally equipped equipment tailored to Shakhan's
abilities and I beat him. Now I'm at this place where 4 of the
idiots from Solaris (A.K.A. Gebler) are fighting me and they beat
me, so I turned it off. At least I saved right before that.
So, my dad wanted to do something with me, and knowing him, he
wanted to go on a nature walk or something. He'd bring along his
fancy digital camera and take pictures of everything. Well, I didn't
feel like doing something so... calm. No, I wasn't going to say
"boring". I enjoy a good nature walk if I'm in the mood. But not
today. We agreed on bowling pretty quickly. We played 2 games. On
the first, he finished with 137 while I sucked at 86. The second one
was more evenly-matched, with my score being 97 and his 99. We went
to Baskin Robbins and had ice cream (I haven't been there in
forever) and then came home. Catie bought "Holes", because she likes
it a lot, and I watched it because I hadn't previously seen it. It
was alright, though much better of a story than I expected.
That's all for today. Wait until tomorrow. I'm sure some things
will happen, though I can't promise anything.
