Unhealthy eating habits 10/12/2003
I woke up too late to go to church since I was up so late talking online last night. I got up around 1 and started writing entries in notepad since TOD was still limiting entry lengths. I need to write my resumé for Hynix, as well. Hynix makes computer chips (like RAM) and at least one of my friends from high school worked there and they know less about computers than I do (I think). Anyway, it's in the field I want to work in the rest of my life, plus it's better working conditions and pays more than pushing lousy carts for the lazy losers *wink* who shop at Wal-Mart. I didn't eat anything before going to work, so I had to work on an empty stomach. I wasn't hungry, though, and that's unusual. Kristen was there, again, but was just starting her lunch. I guess Manager Pat doesn't like her and said to someone else that he doesn't want her helping in the store anymore because she neglects the carts when she does so. She does not even! She sure does a better job than Brent, and he's doing stuff in the store a lot more often than she is. If anyone neglects carts, he does. She went on her lunch and I had Brent for company. He brought up that he thinks Kristen doesn't like him. He's asked if I liked him before, as well. I think he is just really conscious about stuff like that. He wanted me to talk to her about it. I guess the Earth Mage thing on my DD is accurate now. I couldn't prove it since I didn't have friends who were at odds with each other until now, except for Kelli and Jamie. But now I do and the description of my personality seems to be true. Halfway through her lunch, she came from the back and went to the grocery store nearby and said I should walk with her since there are usually carts down there (uh-huh, sure). She talked a little more about how it was pouring and Brent just stayed inside while she was out there doing carts by herself. I brought up how Brent doesn't think she likes him and she started cracking up. She said she doesn't mind him as a person, but he never does his work. She didn't want to waste the rest of her lunch talking and not have time to do what she was going to, so I went back to Wal-Mart. Brent was doing the carts in the front, so I did the ones by the garden center. They were really low. I got them all done and then Brent came over to me and was off work. He asked me if I talked to her. I said I had and she doesn't like how he stays inside most of the time. He said that Pat knows what he's trying to do. He's trying to get an inside job, so he's helping with stuff inside. I asked if he wanted to go on ICS (working the back room) and he said he can't since his brother works there, but he said I could if I wanted to. I said I already applied for an open position, but they gave it to 3 other people, so that was their chance. Besides, I don't think the people on ICS like me very much. They all have their own little group. Brent agreed and said that Ray said he doesn't really care for me, because he doesn't think I do my job. I guess that's the general opinion of the others, too. He went home and Kristen came out and we did the carts together. We got to talking about pets and stuff. I was going to go on my break and she said that when I come back, she'll join me doing carts. I said, "So, it's a date then?" She laughed a little. I said, "Will you join me for carts this evening?" She put her hands up to her chest and said, "I thought you'd never ask!" On my break, I wasn't hungry still, so I just ate some CheezIts. After that, we did carts, but I got called for a carry-out, which turned out to take a long time and I had to help someone else while the people were waiting in a line. It took until Kristen left.

At lunch, I still wasn't hungry from the CheezIts, and I felt like something sweet, so I got a package of 10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and ended up eating them all. When I got back, it was cold. I didn't get sick from the candy, just like I've never gotten sick from candy before in my life. On my last break, I ate some more CheezIts. I also had a small package of mini M&M's. When I got home, I ate some ice cream. I need to eat healthier. I'm probably not going to eat anything sweet tomorrow.

At home, Andrea was on the computer playing some little game in a popup window, so I went and played Xenogears. I'm just at the point of getting in battles to get items to sell for money since I don't want to progress any further until I get enough money to buy certain things. The game froze (I think from dust), so I turned it off and went to bed.

Are you making reference to me in an entry? I'm shocked. I know I called you a loser, but did I really call you lazy? As for your friend and his dad and your church, I don't get it. It sounds like a cult or something. I guess I'm just glad I'm Jewish! hahaha [mini-lyricmaniac]
