At work 12/15/2003
I'm at work right now, and in 3 minutes I have to sign on and start taking calls. I really hope I don't get someone with a difficult problem, or someone who is upset about something. I had to come into work 2 hours early! *yawn* They scheduled me for 6-4 shifts, which is an hour of overtime each day, but (okay, it's 8, I have to sign on now, and there are 18 calls waiting!)...

Okay, I'm on break, but I used it up looking up the virus I just started getting rid of but the lady had to go to give a friend a ride. Heh, now my break's done and there are 16 calls waiting...

Okay, I took my lunch and watched Late Night with Conan O'Brien (at noon, lol). Something for Jamie to hear: he said that Clay won "Best Single", and Ruben won "Best Group", lol. I've been getting all weird problems today and people on edge. Man, today sucks. I really need to get home and get online and talk to some peoples, or call Jamie. My dad doesn't like Amy or me calling our friends a lot, especially since mine is long distance, even though I pay for it.

Ugh, I just had 2 ladies on a speaker phone with some crazy, bizarre problem that turned out to be nothing with our product. I mean, we got every shred of Norton AntiVirus out of her computer and it still wouldn't install properly, so there was something messed up with her computer. Either that or she had a virus, so I sent her to the online scan to check that out. That call was an hour and a half. I hope I get a call with someone who is nice and a long problem that's easy to fix, just time-consuming. Those are the best kind. Well, my break is done now, so it's back to the phones...

Okay, I just got off the phone with my last call. It's 5:43 and I'm done. Now I just have to finish writing this and I'll go home. I think I'll stay clocked in while I write this, hehe. So anyway, I had the 6-4 shift and Tim wanted it in exchange for his 8-5 shift. He wanted to trade on Friday for all this week, but left before we could see if it was alright. He gave me a number, but it didn't work when I called it. I tried 800-1700 like he wrote, then I tried 541-800-1700, then 1-541-800-1700, then 1-800-1700, then I figured that one of the 0's could look like a 5, so I tried 805-1700, but it still didn't work. I came into work at 6 and Tim came in as well. He said that the schedules were swapped so I basically didn't have to be there. I worked for half an hour and then signed off and checked email and TOD. Now I get to go home and see what nonsense is going on there. I bet I'll find plenty of it there. Well, I'm off. Time to listen to No Doubt in my car. Later!

Bah, Clay has more awards than Ruben will ever hope to see!
Anyway, I'm online waiting for my dorky boyfriend to come on
I miss him a lot and it sucks
Have you seen him?
I'm going to go die now

Baka! Don't play online/write diary entries while clocked in! That is the same basic sort of thing (using company-time improperly) that you got fired for before! Sheeesh.

Hi. My name is Kelli and I'm freaking annoyed! But not at you. I'm gonna go now. ^_^

~Kitsuchi [Shinigami no Miko]

I'll be honest. I've started skimming your entries again. They're just too damn long to read, and they're a bit bland. *smiles* So what's new with you? I'd ask you over IM, but I'm pretty sure you have me blocked-- even though you deny it. *smiles a bit more* [mini-lyricmaniac]

Well, I might read it. Last few times I checked out non-manga books, I never got around to reading them. Anywho... I maintain taht doing anything other than working while clocked it is wrong. ~sticks tounge out at you~ So there!

Your new job sounds scary, talking to all them weird peoples. I've never had a problem with Norton Anti-Virus myself... but now, whenever I try to open...

...Internet Explorer (as oposed to just using MSN windows for whatever...) a lot of extra windows pop up also. My disk drives open and a window pops up saying that if they opened then there is spy-ware on my computer. Another window says that if the window is showing then there is spyware on my computer. One of the windows that pops up is hard to get rid of. I don't know what spy-ware is...

...and for all I know, the programs these windows are telling me to get to get rid of it are actually bad things! I'm sooooo confused!

How much will it cost me for you to fix it?! ^_^

~Kitsuchi-kun

Simple solution to a simple problem. Get on AIM more often. *smiles* [mini-lyricmaniac]
