It's Monday and that means job-hunting again. Good thing my mom wasn't around much, lol. Aside from messing with my DD and talking with... um... what's her name again? Well, she'll most likely note this entry so you'll be able to see from there. It starts with a "V".My mom had me show her how to burn things onto CDs, so I burned my dad's recent photoshoot of an engaged couple and my mom requested that I drive them on up to Costco to have them printed before 6 today. She was going out to lunch with Bro. Craig and Sis. Mindy and wouldn't be here. She left me her Costco card so I would be able to get into the store.
Well, when the time came that I decided sitting around and half working on my DD, half watching my 2 brothers play The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King on the PS2 had been done enough and I had better get those pictures in, I took the applications I had filled out and turned them in.
Once I got to Costco, I realized that I hadn't brought my mom's Costco card, so I turned around and went back home. Jeez. That's a half an hour drive both ways, too. I looked and looked for her card and then called her to find out she mistakenly left it in her purse. She said she was almost to Costco to pick up the pictures that she thought I had dropped off, and she would be there waiting for me. I drove back up there and there was no sight of her. Figures. I waited for a while and then finally told the dude there about the situation. He said I could go in and get them started on it. I did that but they couldn't go through with it all the way without a Costco card, so I went outside and found my mom. She apologized for being late and I asked her how she can be late when she was almost there and it takes me 30 minutes to get there. She said she had gone to ShopCo while she waited. Figures. She took the pictures and thanked me for driving so many times, and asked if I could pick them up in an hour. She said I wouldn't have to do any yard work if I did. Well, it's time right now to go get them. Fun. At least I have Disturbed to listen to in the car. I finished my Chevelle CD and listened to Cold all the way. Now I'm on Disturbed - The Sickness. Man, I love track #4, "Down With The Sickness". I sang loudly to that song when it played. Well, I better be off.
